This film follows the National Trust and partners creating pocket parks in two locations in East Birmingham – Firs and Bromford & Ward End. We see the transformation of these unused plots into community-curated parks. We hear voices from the community members involved in the planning and design and the team from Intervention Architecture who put the concepts together.
The incredible process from blank space to pocket park and the hard work that goes into the final park is captured with such enthusiasm from the community members that get their hands dirty.
