The creation of eight short films which bring together gymnasts and musicians from across the West Midlands to show how gymnastic movements can inspire jazz improvisation and composition. Each film represents one of the eight apparatus used in artistic gymnastics: floor, vault, high bar, parallel bars, uneven bars, rings, pommel horse and beam. Featured gymnasts include Olympian, World and Commonwealth Champion Joe Fraser plus former Commonwealth rhythmic gymnast Mimi-Isabella Cesar and a number of rising stars such as Winston Powell, Joshua Nathan and Korben Fellows.
